What type of events do we cater?
Special corporate lunches/events, dinner parties/luncheons, business openings, birthdays, anniversaries and bridal/baby showers.
Party size:
Up to 200.
Budget:
Start at $1000.
Booking/Contract process:
Phone or Skype consultation.
1-hr meeting to go over contract details, explore menu options and sign a contract with a 50% non-refundable down payment to hold the date.
1 hr tasting (optional).
1-2 hour consultation/confirmation of menu and pricing via phone, e-mails, Skype or fax.

2-3 weeks in advance (may vary depending on size of event).
Confirmation of headcount:
1 week in advance (may vary depending on size of event).
Final Payment:

Check or Cash.
