Meet at Boggy Creek
Every Wednesday and Saturday morning (rain or shine) we meet at our world famous working organic farm and market, Boggy Creek Farm. It’s an early morning starting at 8:30. We’ll meet the owners Carol Anne and Larry Butler and take a tour of the farm. We’ll then create a menu based on their seasonal produce & goods selection. We’ll then get back to kitchen to make our lunch and eat!
$225 per person
Design Your Own Package (Customize)
This includes a consultation prior to class on what you would like to learn and what you love to eat. I’ll take your thoughts and present you with 2 menus of up to 5 recipes. You can mix and match, and once you’ve settled on your menu, we’re ready. We’ll meet at the market for a tour of ingredients and then go back to the kitchen to cook and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
